TSB is Hiring!

 General Requirements/Information:

• Must be a high school student or university-level student (age 14-22)
• You are required to be committed to TSB  through March  31, 2025 (team) and June 30, 2025 (executive).
• Teams positions have a commitment of 2 hours per week while executive positions have a commitment of 4 hours. 
• This is a voluntary position. There will be no pay involved with this position.
• We accept applicants from all countries, however, time zones are NOT an excuse for a lack of participation at meetings, important events, or missing deadlines.
• Our team uses Slack to communicate.

Requirements for all of our positions:

• Be open to constructive criticism from your team and any other members
•  Be polite, and respectful to all members of your team and the organization
• Provide insightful and engaging ideas for the overall growth of the organization
• Promote our posts on your social media (like and comment, repost, etc)
• Do not plagiarize any sort work of work in any way (NO TOLERANCE)
• Communicate regularly with members of our team 
• The main communication language between members is English
• Be consistent in your designated department and always meet deadlines
• Being committed to the team is extremely important! If you ever need a break because of personal issues, exam seasons, illness, etc. we will allow it 100%. However, don’t take advantage of this, and make sure you are letting us know when you need these breaks.
• You must be vocal inside the community. If you are uncomfortable with talking during our meetings, you MUST talk with Emma once hired! We take communication very seriously in this organization and if you do not participate and share your ideas - you will be removed from our organization.
